Leftover Vegetable Casserole Categories: vegetables, casseroles, leftovers 1 cup cooked corn kernels 1 cup cooked green beans 1 cup finely chopped celery 1 cup minced onion 1/2 cup green pepper, finely chopped 4 cup sharp cheddar, grated 1 cup sour cream 1 can cream of celery soup Mix all ingredients and place in a large, greased casserole dish. Top with enough bread crumbs to cover and 1/4 cup melted butter, drizzled evenly over top. Slivered almonds can be sprinkled on top if desired. bake at 350f for 45 minutes. Yield: 6 servings |
