Lemon Mustard Dressing Categories: salads, sauces, dressings, vegan 4 tablespoon lemon juice 1 garlic clove; crushed 2 teaspoon sugar 2 teaspoon dijon mustard 100 ml olive or sunflower oil 1 salt and pepper Put the lemon juice into a bowl and stir in the garlic, sugar and mustard. Gradually stir in the oil until it begins to thicken and carry on stirring until the dressing amalgamates. Season to taste with salt and pepper and leave to stand for a little while before using.
