Keebler Soft Batch Chocolate Chip Cookies Categories: cookies, desserts, dressings 1 lb butter -- softened 2 eggs 2 tablespoon molasses 2 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/3 cup water 1 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1 1/2 cup packed brown sugar 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon salt 5 cup all-purpose flour 6 oz semi sweet chocolate chips Preheat the oven to 375. Cream the butter, eggs, molasses, vanilla and water in a medium bowl. In a large bowl sift together the sugars, baking powder, baking soda, salt and flour. Combine the mois moist mixture with the dry mixture add the chocolate chips. Shape the dough into 1 inch balls andplace them 1 inch apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 8 minutes or until light brown around edges. Recipe By : Yield: 4 servings |
