Sourdough Sesame Bread Categories: breadmaker, sourdough ----1 1/2 LB. LOAF---- 1 1/2 teaspoon active dry yeast 1/2 cup sesame seeds 1 cup whole-wheat flour 1 1/2 cup bread flour 1 teaspoon salt 1 each egg 2 tablespoon lemon juice 2 tablespoon honey 5 oz warm water 1/2 cup sourdough starter ----1 LB. LOAF---- 1 teaspoon active dry yeast 5 tablespoon sesame seeds 3/4 cup whole-wheat flour 1 cup bread flour 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 each egg 4 teaspoon lemon juice 4 teaspoon honey 3 1/2 oz warm water 1/4 cup sourdough starter SOURCE: Great Bread Machine Recipes by Norman A. For DAK/Welbilt machines, use 3/4 cup of warm water for the 1 1/2 pound loaf.
