Meat Loaf For 120

1 a friend of mine gave me this recip; e, which was a favorite
1 at 4-h camp. - joanne shew
40 lb ground beef
16 each eggs, lightly beaten
8 cup old fashioned oats
5 cup tomato juice
3 large onions, chopped
1/3 cup salt
2 tablespoon pepper
----SAUCE----
3 cup water
1 1/2 cup ketchup
6 tablespoon vinegar
2 tablespoon prepared mustard
2 tablespoon brown sugar

Combine beef, eggs, oats, tomato juice, onions, salt and pepper. Form into 16 loaves. Place in 9x5x3" loaf pans. Combine sauce ingredients; pour 3 Tbsp. over each loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until no pink remains, basting once with remaining sauce.
