"No-Rib" Ribs Categories: main dish, low fat, beef 2 pounds flank steak 1 cup fat-free Western dressing 1/4 cup soy sauce 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 2 tablespoons molasses 1/2 teaspoon chili powder 1/2 teaspoon minced onion 1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1 pinch freshly-ground black pepper Combine all ingredients and place into plastic bag. Marinate overnight or up to 24 hours, turning occasionally. Remove flank steak from bag and grill or broil for 5 to 10 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
