Breakfast Pizza Categories: low fat, breakfast, pizza 1/2 pound low-fat sausage - (turkey) 1 package refrigerator crescent rolls - (8 oz 1 cup frozen hash browns - (loosely packe 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 cup shredded low-fat mozzarella 3 eggs 2 egg whites 1/4 cup skim milk 1/8 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cook sausage until browned; drain. Separate crescent rolls into eight triangles. Arrange on an ungreased pizza pan with points toward the center. Press to form a "crust" by sealing perforations. Distribute sausage over crust. Sprinkle with hash browns. Top with cheese. In a bowl, mix together eggs, egg whites, milk, and pepper. Pour onto crust. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. This recipe yields 6 servings.
