Cheesy Pasta Hotdish Categories: main dish, pasta, low fat 2 cups yolkless egg noodles - (1/2 lb) 2 quarts water 1/4 teaspoon paprika 4 tablespoons diet margarine; melted 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese In a large pot, boil water. Add the pasta and cook until tender (al dente) -- about 5 to 10 minutes. Drain it. In a large heated bowl, place the paprika, melted margarine and parmesan cheese. Toss the noodles in this mixture (like a salad). Serve immediately. This recipe yields 4 (1-cup) servings.
