Fruit Bow-Tie Pasta Salad Categories: low fat, salads/dressings 1 1/2 cups bow-tie pasta 1 large Granny Smith apple; cut into chunks 1 cup red seedless grapes; cut in half 1 cup diagonally sliced celery 1/2 cup fat-free yogurt 1 tablespoon honey 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon celery seed Cook pasta in a quart of water until al dente; drain; rinse under cold water; drain again. Combine pasta, apples, grapes and celery in a medium bowl. In a separate bowl mix the remaining ingredients. Add to pasta mixture, stir gently. Cover and chill before serving. This recipe yields 4 servings.
