Dr. Pedron's Filipino-Style Chicken Categories: main dish, poultry, low fat, chicken 4 boneless skinless chicken breast fi; (3 1/2 oz ea) 6 garlic cloves; pressed 1/2 cup lemon juice (preferably fresh squee 1 cup water 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce 1 teaspoon crushed peppercorn 6 medium bay leaves 1 tablespoon brown sugar; (optional) 12 small fresh sage leaves Mix ingredients in bowl and add chicken. Marinate overnight or for at least four hours before cooking. Cook chicken on a hot grill. Serve with grilled fresh vegetables basted with olive oil and vinegar, rice, bread and fresh fruit.
