Lyonnaise Potatoes Categories: vegetables, low fat, side dish 6 medium red (new) potatoes 2 tablespoons margarine 1 cup sliced sweet onion 2 tablespoons dried rosemary Spray sheet of aluminum foil with non-stick spray or wipe it with a small amount of oil. Cut potatoes into bite-sized chunks and place onto foil. Add sliced sweet onion. Dot with margarine. Sprinkle with rosemary. Wrap mixture inside of foil. Rewrap with another sheet of foil. Place onto barbecue grill or into 350-degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes. Turn once. This recipe yields 2 servings.
