Peach Floats Categories: beverages, fruits, low fat 1 can peaches 1/2 cup syrup from peaches 4 cups vanilla ice milk club soda or seltzer 1/2 cup light whipped topping Nutmeg; for dusting Separate peaches from their syrup. Place into a small bowl and mash them. Distribute evenly into four 12-ounce glasses. Add 2 tablespoons of syrup to each glass. Add 1 cup of ice milk to each glass. Pour soda or seltzer into glasses and stir. Top each with 2 tablespoons of light whipped topping and dust with nutmeg. Serve immediately. This recipe yields 4 servings.
