Peanut Butter Bars Categories: cookies, desserts, low fat 1 cup melted margarine 1 cup peanut butter 1 package graham crackers; crushed 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar 1/4 cup chocolate chips Melt margarine and mix with the peanut butter. Mix crushed graham crackers and the powdered sugar. Add to the peanut butter mixture and blend well. Dot top with chocolate chips. Keep refrigerated to cut and serve firm. This recipe yields 24 bars.
