Quiche Categories: low fat, breakfast 2 ready-made pie crusts 12 ounces lean ham; chopped 1 cup chopped onions 12 ounces low-fat Swiss cheese 2 eggs 4 egg whites 1 cup fat-free sour cream Bake pie crusts according to package instructions. Chop and brown ham, add onions and cook until tender. Grate Swiss cheese. Beat eggs and egg whites together. Fold in fat-free sour cream. Sprinkle ham, onions and cheese into crusts. Pour egg-sour cream mixture on top. Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees. This recipe yields 12 servings.
