Sautéed Turkey In Orange Sauce Categories: main dish, poultry, low fat, turkey 2 tablespoon all purpose flour 1 pound turkey cutlets (turkey breast slice; pounded thin 1 tablespoon olive oil 1/3 cup sliced green onions, white part onl 1 large garlic clove; thinly sliced 3/4 cup fresh orange juice 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce 1 tablespoon sesame oil 1/4 cup sliced green onion tops Salt; to taste Freshly-ground black pepper; to taste Dredge turkey cutlets in flour, shake off excess, and season with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a nonstick skillet on high heat. Add turkey cutlets and cook until lightly browned, about 3 minutes per side. Transfer turkey to a plate. Reduce the heat under skillet to medium and add the white part of green onions and garlic, cook about 2 minutes. Add orange juice and soy sauce, bring to a boil and cook until slightly thickened, about 3 minutes. Stir in sesame oil and season with salt and pepper. Return turkey to the skillet and simmer just until turkey is heated through, about 2 to 3 minutes. Transfer turkey to serving plates, spoon the sauce on top and sprinkle with green onions.
