Southwestern Turkey Loaf Categories: main dish, poultry, low fat, turkey 1 pound ground turkey meat 3 egg whites 1/2 cup oatmeal 1/4 cup finely-chopped onions 1/4 cup finely-chopped red and green pepper 1/4 cup cilantro 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard 1/2 cup chunky salsa Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, mix turkey, egg whites and oatmeal together. Add onions, peppers, cilantro and dry mustard. Mix well. Spray a loaf pan with non-stick spray. Form the turkey mixture into a loaf and place into pan. Top with salsa. Bake for approximately 1 hour. This recipe yields 4 servings.
