BBQ Sauce, Yummy LC-0.7/tbs Categories: none 1 cup diet coke 4 tbs tomato paste 1 tbs onion, dehydrated flakes 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp lemon juice 1 tsp salt 1 tsp garlic; minced dash cayenne pepper Combine all ingredients in a small pan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Delicious on just about everything! The diet Coke gives it a nice sweet flavor but if you like a sweeter sauce you can add a little bit of Splenda. It was easy to make, and tasted great. It was a little thin, so I will simmer it a little longer next time. Sherri ============= Contributor: Luckymom/Cindy Yield: 22 tbs |
