Beans, Faux Baked (Black Soy Beans) LC-5.6/s(4) Categories: sandwich- - 4 slice bacon; chopped 1/4 cup onion; chopped 1/4 cup green bell pepper; chopped 1 can (15 oz) soy beans, black, Eden; drained 1/2 cup tomato sauce 1/4 cup vinegar 1/4 cup Log Cabin SF syrup; &1 1/2 tsp garlic salt 1/2 tsp liquid smoke &1: /Atkins maple syrup/DaVinci (all use Splenda) Here's my recipe for "baked beans". I just dumped so I hope these are the right amounts. I used a sprinkle of canadian brown sugar too. Brown bacon, onion and green pepper till tender. Add remaining ingredients. Cook 10 min. or longer (the longer the better.) I used a saucepan on top of the stove. Oven or crock pot would be good.
