Alfredo, Olive Garden (Sauce) LC-2.9/s(6) Categories: none 1 pint cream, heavy 1 stick butter 2 tbs cream cheese 1/2 cup Parmesan; .5-.75 1 tsp garlic powder This is a fantastic tasting sauce - when we want an alfredo sauce we always make this one: In a saucepan combine butter, heavy cream, and cream cheese. Simmer this until all is melted, and mixed well. Add the Parmesan cheese and Garlic powder. Simmer this for 15 - 20 minutes on low. You may wish to season with a little salt and pepper.
