Bell Pepper Spread Categories: appetizers 3/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper -- (about 1 medium) 3/4 cup finely chopped yellow bell pepper (about 1 medium) 1/2 cup part-skim ricotta cheese 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley 2 tablespoons chopped fresh or 2 teaspoons dried basil 4 drops red pepper sauce 1/2 package Neufchatel; (8-ounce size) cheese Mix all ingredients in medium bowl.
