Ginger-Honey Cheese Spread Categories: appetizers 3 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese; softened 1 tablespoon honey 1 teaspoon chopped crystallized ginger 16 melba rounds or toasts In small bowl, combine cream cheese, honey and ginger.
